Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the RealShift platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AllShift AI LLC ("AllShift," "we," "us," or "our").

RealShift is a property management and real estate investment platform that provides tools for deal analysis, property management, tenant and lease management, maintenance tracking, financial reporting, and AI-powered insights. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using RealShift, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at t.allman@allshiftai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Program name: RealShift Account Notifications.

Program description: By providing a phone number on the platform and opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional SMS notifications from RealShift related to your account and properties — for example maintenance alerts, rent and lease reminders, inspection scheduling, and messages from your property manager or contractors. We do not use your phone number for marketing SMS without separate express consent.

Message frequency: varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel; you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact customer care at t.allman@allshiftai.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe.
• You authorize AllShift AI LLC to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact t.allman@allshiftai.com.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent from AllShift AI LLC.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

RealShift uses AI models to provide features such as deal analysis, maintenance triage, lease generation, and conversational assistance. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

RealShift integrates with third-party services including Plaid, QuickBooks, DocuSign, Google Calendar, and Twilio. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. AllShift AI LLC is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

AllShift AI LLC retains all rights to the RealShift platform, including its software, design, and AI models. You retain ownership of your property data. By using the Service, you grant AllShift AI LLC a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AllShift AI LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Real estate investment involves risk; nothing in RealShift constitutes financial or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllShift AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
